- Is there an age requirement for spa treatments?
The Spa at JW Chicago is available to guests 18 years of age and older. For guests ages 16 and 17, facial services may be received with a parental chaperone. For guests younger than 16, nail services may be received with parental chaperone. Guests under the age of 18 will not be permitted to use the spa facilities or the locker room areas.
